Wondering how to get more data from your indoor trainer workout? The newly updated Zwift Mobile Companion app gives you more control over your “in game” experience by letting you change trainer mode and resistance on the fly, and even pause your workout. It also displays your current workout block, along with power, heart rate and other data depending on which sensors you have connected. There’s also a dashboard for runners using a treadmill, and post-workout stats are aggregated to show you how you’re doing overall.
