Well, the Minnesota machining masters, Wolf Tooth Components (WTC), are at it again. After recently launching and selling out of their first batch of new Clipless pedals, WTC announces a fun, sweet new Cotton Candy color for the Waveform Pedals. And it looks pretty tasty.

WTC also said they’ve been working with a talented new anodizer to do a run of fun, limited colors. Cotton Candy is the first of these to get released. The Cotton Candy colorway is a teal-to-pink fade with a smidge of purple in the middle.
Recently, WTC shared that they had a few custom colors made for some Red Bull Rampage athletes. They teased these custom colors a bit, and the response was huge. So, will these Red Bull colors be released? We’ll have to wait and see!
A Lil’ Bit About Waveform Pedals
Wolf Tooth’s Waveform Pedals offer a dual-concave design that naturally cradles your feet while maintaining solid power transfer during aggressive trail riding. They feature a shaped profile that’s thicker at the edges (14mm) than at the center (12.5mm). This creates a secure pocket for your shoes.

With 11 stainless steel grip pins per side and proportional sizing options, these pedals aim to keep your feet planted. Whether you’re hitting technical climbs or navigating sketchy descents in variable conditions, these pedals will hold tight.

Wolf Tooth offers two proportionally scaled sizes to match different foot profiles – the small measures 105mm x 99mm at 373g per pair, while the large comes in at 112mm x 106mm and 384g per pair.

The pedal body design mimics an actual shoe silhouette rather than just scaling up a generic rectangle, which is a thoughtful touch for riders who want their contact points properly matched to their feet.

The pedal’s internal setup includes a stainless steel axle running on three bearings plus an igus bushing, all sealed at both ends to keep trail debris from grinding things to a halt.
The pedals are designed and made in Minnesota, so you can expect these to handle the usual suspects – mud, sand, rain, snow, and whatever else you encounter during all-mountain adventures. The 6061-T6 aluminum construction paired with 17-4 PH stainless steel axles suggests Wolf Tooth isn’t cutting corners on materials.

Right to Repair
Here’s where Wolf Tooth differentiates itself from the rest of the pedal crowd. Every component is available as a replacement part, from the pedal body to individual bearings.
The pedals are machined in Minnesota using the same CNC equipment that produces Wolf Tooth’s other components, maintaining their typical focus on domestic production and quality control.

The company backs these with a five-year warranty and offers in-house service if you’d rather not wrench on them yourself. It’s refreshing to see a “Right to Repair” approach in an industry that often treats components as consumables.
