Wolf Tooth Component (WTC) is feeling violet this month. Its newest entries include a limited purple Cerakote finish for the Morse Cage Ti and anodized purple ReMote and ReMote Light Action dropper levers.
A new way to surf the WTC website gives you the full spectrum so that you can color-coordinate or mix and match at will.
WTC Purple ReMote dropper levers
The levers come with a 22.2mm clamp that fits most MTB handlebars.
Machined in Minnesota, USA, the ReMote and ReMote Light Action are compatible with all cable-actuated dropper posts.
The Light Action has a longer lever arm than the standard ReMote, aimed at dropper posts with a harder pull or for riders that prefer a light actuation feel. It reduces the force to actuate a dropper by nearly one-third of the standard ReMote.
Now in purple, adding one (MSRP $70) can get you attenuated to what may be this year’s dominant hue on two wheels and pedals.
Cerakote Morse Cage Ti
WTC’s Cerakote-finished purple titanium Morse Cage can add to the effect.
Focused on versatility, the dot-dash-dot-dash (“Morse”) pattern on its base plate facilitates a range of mounting positions.
Industrial-strength ceramic Cerakote appears on engines, tools, gym equipment, and more, so the matte look it gives the Morse Cage shouldn’t be going anywhere.
WTC ‘Color Shop’
To find the ReMote levers, Morse Cage, and everything else WTC sells in purple, you can use the new Color Shop option on its website. With the tool, you can find color-matching headsets, quick-release clamps, Wolf axles, and everything else WTC makes — whether you want to join team purple this year or break the mold.
