X-Fusion just unveiled their all-new Vengeance suspension fork.  Designed for all mountain and freeride mayhem, it’s 160mm of travel that comes in two versions, and can be internally adjusted down to 130mm or 100mm of travel.

In development for several years, the Vengeance has been thrashed by Tyler McCaul (above) and uses twin tube hybrid sealed/open bath system with cartridge-based dampers featuring various levels of adjustment of compression and rebound damping depending on the model.

Video breakdown, full specs and pricing after the break, along with a big ol’ picture of the fork…

Video:

Anthony Trujillo explains the Vengeance HLR internals while John Hauer takes the fork for a ride.

Vengeance HLR:

  • twin-tube, cartridge based damper
  • high and low speed, independently adjustable compression damping

Vengeance RC:

  • twin-tube, cartridge based damper
  • low speed adjustable compression and rebound damping

X-Fusion says both models give the rider the ability to customize all aspects of the damping to suit their riding style and bike set-up, and that the twin-tube cartridge design allows for the ultimate in damping control, performance and weight savings.

Travel:
The Vengeance HLR and RC is sold at a stock travel of 160mm but is not limited to the one setting. Internally the Vengeance can be adjusted down to either 130mm or 100mm of travel for specific uses. The Vengeance uses a ladder system allowing a mechanic to change the position the travel stop sits on the air spring.

US pricing is $799.99 for HLR and $699.99 for RC models, and both are available now.  Click on the fork image below to see it full size.  Full specs at bottom.

Please tell me he’s 4 feet in the air on GT’s carbon fiber Force. Because that is not the Fury or the Ruckus 7.
