Detroit Bikes, known for making reasonably priced chromoly steel city bikes that are actually built in the US, have a super limited run of their A-Type townie, painted up in the colors of their hometown Detroit Lions. Detroit says the weekend after the limited edition Lions A-Type was released, their hometown NFL team got a win. So if you are a Lions fan, maybe you need to buy the bike to ensure the next victory.

The made-in-Detroit Lions bike is a special run of their classic A-Type model featuring the team’s classic Honolulu Blue and Silver colors. But knowing how official merchandising works in the NFL, this is more a commemorative deal.

And you won’t find the bike emblazoned with Lions team or NFL league logos. That might be best for those who just dig the color scheme, or couldn’t care less about football anyway.
