Big Agnes is a Colorado-based outdoor brand that offers high-quality outdoor gear. Their products are known for being well-designed, durable, and lightweight. Today, they announced some great updates to two bikepacking-specific tents, the Copper Spur UL Bikepack and the Tiger Wall UL Bikepack.

Let’s take a quick look at some of the new features.
- Improved performance and sustainability with Hyperbead fabrics
- Brand new waterproof stuff sack
- A 12″ Shortstick Poleset, these poles are perfectly sized for fitting between handlebars, on the frame, in paniers, or on the fork leg.
- Oversized interior helmet pocket to keep your helmet out of the elements

- Wheelie stake out loops to stake out tent corners using your bike. This makes for an easy pitch in rocky conditions. (Tiger Wall UL Bikepack only)
Copper Spur UL Bikepack Tent
Retail: $519.95 (available in 1, 2, and 3 person sizes)

The Copper Spur is considered to be a three-season, freestanding, ultralight bikepacking tent.

Big Agnes took everything that backpackers love about the Copper Spur and optimized it for bikepacking. It uses a fully free-standing design that provides ultimate stability and interior space. It uses the proprietary ultralight Hyperbead fabric, so it’s stronger and more waterproof than it’s ever been.

Inside the tent, you’ll find large vestibules and 3D bins helping to turn dead space into useful storage. This will help when you need to bring your packs, gear, and accessories into the tent with you. The 12″ Shortstick pole set and new waterproof stuff sack make mounting and storing on your bike a cinch.
Tiger Wall UL Bikepack
Retail: $479.95 (available in both 1 and 2 person sizes)

The Tiger Wall is considered to be a three-season, semi-freestanding, ultralight bikepacking tent.
Using the same ultralight Hyperbead fabric technology paired with the specialized dry stuff sack gives the Tiger Wall the same incredible durability and waterproofing as the Copper Spur. To make packing it on your bike easy, the Tiger Wall utilizes the same 12″ Shortstick pole set as the Copper Spur.

There are daisy chain loops integrated into the stuff sack that make mounting to your handlebars, frame, or wherever as easy as possible. The Tiger Wall utilizes its classic three-pole architecture. The tents also feature new Wheelie Stake Out Loops that allow you to use your bike as a tent anchor point if you need to pitch in rocky conditions where you can’t put stakes in the ground.

It features two doors and two vestibules, providing plenty of shelter for you and all your gear if conditions get sour.
