With London’s tube (aka subway) workers threatening a second strike, we thought we’d post a little something to help out.

Carlton Reid, the man behind Quickrelease.tv, has put together an excerpt from his Bike to Work book called Bike the Strike. Ã‚Â It has all sorts of tips to help anyone who needs a little mental motivation to start commuting by bicycle…and plenty of tips for those that already do.
