Found through Phil Wood’s Twitter stream on Dunstan’s Flickr pages, this is a one-off custom cog from Phil Wood for use with a Gates Belt Drive.  The Ti frame has a bolt at the bottom of the seatstay to open the frame for insertion of the belt.
