The sole is built around their stiffest steel-reinforced fiberglass shank to keep it stiff under pedaling pressure. The wrap-around Velcro strap keeps your foot firmly yet comfortably in place, snug in the padded upper. Link treads provide grip on flat pedals, too, or when sneaking about the trail.
