Lake CX331 Shoe White

We caught the pre-production samples of the Lake CX331 shoe last year at Interbike. Now, they are on the market. The CX331 and CX331W (women specific) boast internal carbon fiber heel counters that mold the shoe to your foot after heating it. A Boa closure system holds you tight with a minimalist side-mount design. As for material, they kick it with a Kangaroo leather/mesh upper and an all-carbon 3 hole or speedplay specific sole. Outlast Smart Fabric, a material that counterbalances changing body temperature, lines the heel and tongue.

The colors are White/Silver (above) and White/Red (after the break). CX331 comes in sizes 39-48, 50; 39.5-46.5 while CX331W sizes 36-43; 37.5-42.5. Pricing is $350 a pair. Also, very similar to this shoe is the MX331 and MX331W that feature virtually the same upper, with a rubber sole.
