Look Cycles & Restrap bags have joined gravel forces to produce a crazy rainbow shiny iridescent set of limited edition bikepacking bags, and a suitably matching iridescent-accented Look 765 Gravel RS frameset to hang them on. It’s the latest in Restraps’s limited edition series of bags, added to Looks popular racy carbon gravel bike.

The two companies say it was a mutual love of wild rugged landscapes and wide-open spaces that brought them together in the first place, and the concept of a rider “reflecting” on the world around them that inspired the shiny, oil-slick-like reflective finish to bags & bike.

The secret to making them so shiny is a premium iridescent fabric that plays with the light as you ride, changing appearance from different angles and reflecting even the tiniest sliver of light into a shiny rainbow of color.
The bags look relatively subtle and gray in low light, before popping into technicolor dreamcoat mode when the sun hits them.
The Look gravel bike
The gravel bike itself is the same Look 765 Gravel RS that we reviewed two summers ago. Available just as a carbon frameset only, it’s up to you how you custom build your adventure bike, with room for up to 700x40mm or 650×2.1″ tires and 1x or 2x drivetrains.
The Look gravel frameset is even more subtle – all black with just the LOOK logo and fork & chainstay graphics in matching reflective iridescent paint. The bike is also limited edition – here just 100 framesets will be sold worldwide. And while you can buy the bags on their own, when you purchase the 2400€ frameset direct from Look & their dealers, it includes the matching 3-piece Restrap bag setup for no extra charge.
