Based out of Oregon, Picky Bars has built a reputation on offering delicious, high quality nutrition bars that focus on a 4:1 carb to protein ratio. The result of a collaboration between three pro atheletes, Jesse Thomas, Lauren Fleshman, and Steph Bruce, all of the Picky Bar flavors are gluten free, dairy free, soy free, GMO free, and use as many organic ingredients as possible. They also taste pretty great, which is always important when talking energy bars.

The bars check a lot of boxes, so which flavor should you pick? Rather than having to buy every single flavor individually to find your favorite, Picky Bars has a new option this holiday season. Called The Whole Shebang, this new 10 bar pack will give you a chance to try every flavor so you can re-up with your favorites for the coming season…

Inside the (easily wrappable) box, you’ll find one Lauren’s Mega Nuts, Cookie Doughpness, Need for Seed, All-in Almond, Blueberry Boomdizzle, and their latest flavor, and Moroccan Your World, plus two of the Ah, Fudge Nuts! and Smooth Caffeinator. Priced at $27.50, The Whole Shebang joins a bunch of other multi-pack options on the Picky Bar webstore, and if you order from the website before December 19th, they’ll include a free handwritten note if you’re sending it as a gift.

Good folks, great bars. They’re not inexpensive, but lift my spirits (and blood sugar) like nothing else when I’ve completely cracked in the middle of nowhere.

Sprung for one a while back- but now know that if you want to try all of the flavors and share a pantry with anyone else you’ll need two samplers.

I picked up a few of these when I was last in the States. Man, they’re great! I wish I could get them overseas.
