Our favorite phone case just got better! The new Quad Lock MAG adds a magnetic connection option in a case that’s slimmer and flatter than the originals while retaining 100% compatibility with all of their existing twist-lock mounts, which cover everything from vehicles to moto to desks to, of course, bikes!

The new Quad Lock MAG cases also get customizable color rings, letting you choose from orange, blue, red, pink gray, and green. These come alongside new magnetic mounts that give you quicker, straight-on attachments.

For cycling, their Out Front Pro and Stem mounts retain the secure twist-on heads that securely attach your phone, even over the roughest terrain.

Off the bike, though, the new case magnetically sticks to metal surfaces (fridges, hoods, etc.), giving you more places to stick your phone when you need to keep your hands free.

There are two new magnetic mounts coming for vehicles, a Vent Mount and Adhesive Dash/Console Mount, which join the existing suction cup windshield mount.

They’ve also added two new premium wireless charging options for home and office. The Dual Desktop Wireless Charger and Wireless Charging Pad both have built-in magnets for perfect alignment.

Upon release Quad Lock MAG will support the following devices:

  • iPhone 13 Pro
  • iPhone 13 Pro Max
  • iPhone 13
  • iPhone 13 mini
  • iPhone SE (3rd Gen)
  • iPhone 12 Pro
  • iPhone 12 Pro Max
  • iPhone 12
  • iPhone 12 mini
  • iPhone SE (2nd Gen)

There’s also a Universal Adaptor, which sticks onto any flat-backed phone or phone case, so you can mount it to their new Mag mounts or any existing twist-lock mount. The only caveat with the new MAG mounts is that their original (non-MAG) cases won’t twist on to them.

Case prices start at $39.99, accessories and mounts from $19.99.

And Quad Lock accessories are easier to get hold off, even though they are based in Oz. Been using their case for Zwift snd IRL bike rides for over a decade. Go to always for me

Glad to see they’re trying to improve things. I switched to the peak design case and mounts though and they’ve been a lot nicer to use. That plus the apple MagSafe compatibility got me to switch after being a long time quadlock user.
