The Fezzari Kings Peak fat bike has given their carbon frame a bit of a chop, and added a larger size, helping it fit more riders. The full carbon frame carries over mostly unchanged, except for a tweak to the mold that shortened the seat tube. It trimmed the extension above the top tube intersection by about 1- to 1.5 inches, allowing riders to get a longer travel dropper seatpost in there…or just get the seat height lower for smaller riders.

They also added a larger “L-XL” size, giving riders 6’0″ and up a properly fitting option. The S-M size fits riders from 5’3″ to 5’8″. Here’s the full geo:

Everything gets upgraded to SRAM SX Eagle and the Sun-Ringle Mulefut rims, which they say makes tubeless setup super easy, even with a floor pump. They also get Shimano MT-200 hydraulic brakes, which use mineral oil for better cold weather performance. That’s for the Comp build at $2,199 (on sale for $1,999), which includes Maxxis Colossus tires.

The Elite model ($2,999) upgrades to Deore brakes and GX Eagle, and upgrades to Sun-Ringle hubs and give them lighter Schwalbe Jumbo Jims, Race Face Turbine R bar and stem, and a few other small improvements. Both come in Slate Blue and Forest Green color options.

The frame and fork are still full carbon, running 197×12 rear axle spacing and 26×4.8 tire clearance. Up front is a 150×15 with suspension corrected geo, letting you add a Rockshox Bluto fork during checkout.

  1. Uhhhh……I really don’t like SRAM brakes, but it’s the mineral oil ones that stop working in the cold. The seals harden up.
