Hold onto that pigskin, Arizona’s State Bicycle Co. has just announced a year-long collaboration with the National Football League (NFL). The bike brand is no stranger to collaborative collections, remember this flashy Run The Jewels one? But now State is crossing sporting disciplines with this exclusive bike and gear line-up, celebrating your favorite NFL football team. Perfect for cruising around and hitting up the pre-game tailgate party, football fans have a new way to show off their team pride along with their painted faces.

The collection will feature several models, including the classic Klunker and their Core flatbar singlespeed city bike. The collab naturally includes not just bikes, but apparel and bike bags sporting the official team graphics.

But is my hometown team included?

Each of the NFL team collections will include a State Bicycle Co Klunker, selling for $500 complete. They’re a tribute to the ol’ Repack Klunkers of mountain biking’s yesteryear.

The Klunker is a classic single-speed with a rear coaster brake. Big 27.5″ x 2.4″ tires for fun in the dirt, plus an adult beverage bottle opener mounted to the seattube bottle cage bosses.

In addition to the Klunker, some select teams (Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, and Denver Broncos) will be available on State’s “Core-Line” frames that will feature exclusive “throwback-inspired liveries”. For the same $500, they feature more retro styling on classic 700c city bikes – ride them fixed or with a freewheel thanks to flip-flop hubs. You get 40mm deep-V alloy rims, rim brakes, narrow riser bars, and 28mm tires (max 30-32mm tire clearance).

The NFL Apparel

Each team in the collection also features both a classic three-pocket relaxed-fit cycling jersey, a loose-fit long-sleeve signature jersey with a single rear zip pocket, and a quick-dry CoolMax cycling cap to match the bike and accessories.

Retail pricing: $80 for the short-sleeved jersey, $70 for the long-sleeved jersey, and $20 for each cycling cap.

State x NFL Bags, Components & Accessories, too

The collaboration rounds out with a set of bags, components, and accessories that can either top off your State + NFL bike, or add a bit of hometown team fandom to any other bike in your garage. The bike-riding football fan can pick from cannister-style bar bags, Klunker frame bags, stem caps, bar end plugs, and even saddles adorned with the logos of each NFL team.

Retail pricing: $28 for the classic riveted saddles with PU tops & steel rails, $15 for the printed top caps or $13 for a pair of plastic bar plugs, $40 for the 1.4L giant burrito handlebar bag, and $70 for the lace-on Klunker frame bag.

As a citizen of the State of Wisconsin, I’m required by law to buy a Packer Klunker.
