HKT Frame Protection
HKT Products based out of Sheffield, England, offer bike frame protection kits for XL and XXL frame sizes. The kits are designed to offer protection to key parts of your frame, including the downtube, top tube and seat stays. These are simply stickers, so they’ll offer protection only from small paint chips and light abrasions, rather than significant impacts.
The extra width of the XL frame kits is said to offer a good fit around the boxy sections of tubing commonly seen on carbon frames and e-MTBs.
HKT’s frame protection kits are a more affordable alternative to the more comprehensive coverage frame protection kits offered by the likes of Ride Wrap and Invisiframe, both of which offer complete frame specific kits.
Starting from £19.99, HKT offer 12, 16 and 18 piece frame protection kits in clear, contour, simple life, camo and black colorways. They also offer fork and scratch patch kits from £7.99.
The Veronique Sandler Edition
Veronique Sandler is one of the most creative riders on the UK trail riding and freeride scenes. Her trail building and corner slapping exploits in Wales, not to mention her part in the creation of the famous Revolution Bike Park VISION Line, or her participation in Red Bull Formation, have recently earned her a deal with Santa Cruz.
The woman is a true inspiration, especially to female riders looking for a role-model in freeride. I’m a fan, if you can’t tell. HKT Products have teamed up with the VISION star to add a sick-looking set of custom frame protectors to their line.
