Each gets tweaked construction and details aimed at delivering race-ready performance and comfort, all with Nimbl’s signature full carbon monocoque sole design and simple aesthetics.

Nimbl says one of their biggest sellers is the Ultimate Exceed Pro, because every roadie wants to ride in the same kit as professional cyclists. And Nimbl has tweaked this top-tier shoe to eke out a better fit and improved performance for riders like Pauline Ferrand-Prévot and several of her Visma-Lease a Bike teammates.
The technical changes are simple. New cotton webbing lace guides tuck into small cutouts in the upper replacing traditional plastic guides for the 2x Boa Li2 wire lacing system. The result is smoother dial adjustment for better comfort and reduced pressure across the forefoot. Reshuffled ventilation perforations in the microfiber synthetic upper claim improved airflow, especially evident at slower speeds in hot weather.
On top of that, Nimbl gives the new pro edition shoe a proper pro look – moving the white-only shoes’ logos to the toe for better branding visibility both from the front and side.

Nimbl Ultimate Feat carbon road cycling shoes
Nimbl’s Feat is designed to be their lightest shoe while still retaining on-the-go adjustment. The new Feat features a redesigned and reinforced textured microfiber Power Strap that pulls from the inside instep over the top of the same asymmetric cut shoe for improved comfort & support. There a single Boa wire zig zags over and under the Power Strap to give fine fit adjustment across the entire length of the race-ready shoe.
It also gets a new monocoque carbon sole that Nimbl debuted last year on their Ultimate Exceed Glide to deliver increased stiffness for “higher power transfer while maintaining the contour and measures” of their previous monocoque carbon chassis.
