Southern California’s Aventon launches a simple way to get around town with the new Soltera 3 ADV. It’s a handsome single-speed eBike designed around minimalism and simplicity, and it looks nimble and zippy. It has a claimed weight of 37lbs, and uses a 36V, 250W motor with a claimed 40Nm of torque. It also boasts a range of up to 70 miles.
For 2026, Aventon is making a hard push towards better geometry (below) on its full line of eBikes this year. The bikes will ride better and be more comfortable, resulting in a much more enjoyable rider experience.
They’re also adding some new additions to their nomenclature for the upcoming line. For instance, the “ADV” in the name of the new Soltera 3 means “adventure”, which means: “Adventure for everyone. Designed with premium features to tackle any route with confidence.“
