Why would one pay to wear and promote all these brands? It doesn’t even look good.

All of these brands put a lot of money towards supporting cycling at one level or another. Whether that be HTC paying the salary of a certain green jersey candidate in the tour, or Raleigh supporting bikes-belong in the USA.

Rabobank has supported pro development squads all the way up to the top level for many years and were huge supporters of the Amgen Tour of California.
