With the Olympic games this past year our industry took a very different look to cycling and racing. Silver medalist, Maja Włoszczowska racing for Kross had been documenting her lead up to the games, and her Road 2 Rio is now available online for free. Buckle in, because the 40min film takes you on a long journey from her home in Poland through a season of racing to culminate in Rio de Janiero, documenting her challenges and progress month-by-month. Her goal was always clear: win an Olympic medal, but along the way she must take on tough UCI World Cup races (including the UCI XCO World Championships where we got a detailed look at her bike), push her limits at the World Championships and accept many sacrifices. KrossRacingTeam.pl

4-12 Feb 2017: In an amusingly tongue-in-cheek video announcement, The Sufferfest announced the route of their 2017 Tour of Sufferlandria via rebroadcast of the live feed from the historic Colosseum in the centre of Agonia, Sufferlandria. “Attended by thousands of Sufferlandrians from across our fine nation, the unveiling of this Tour route is one of the most widely anticipated events of the year.” This year’s virtual training event gets its 9 stages rated from least to most volcano-y.

The release of Philippines is the latest video chapter of the MIA Santa Cruz team’s Explorer program. So as not to lose some good habits while snow covers the mountains, part of the MIA Santa Cruz team set off to winter in the Republic of the Philippines, the south East Asian island state, located in the Pacific Ocean. Traveling with their Santa Cruz bikes, heading for this unusual mountain bikers destination were riders Maxime and Yohan, with friend and photographer Will Camus documenting their adventures.

German Enduro rider Tobias Woggon is joining BH bikes to take their bikes all round the world, including E-bikes too. Join him here as he gets a feel for the new Rebel Lynx with its Yamaha PW-x motor in Algarve, Portugal before he heads farther afield. Tobias has made mountain biking his way of life, and travels the globe discovering the best tracks in the most unknown places, bringing back amazing travel reports, spectacular videos, and incredible photographs along the way. Tobias’ adventures in 2017 will be powered by the BH Easy Motion e-bikes range, as well as the pedal-on-tour-own Lynx 6 that he will ride for his enduro competitions.

Our own Gravel Cyclist Jayson has been hitting the behind-the-scenes in Adelaide at the Tour Down Under for the past couple of weeks. But he also has been doing some riding and filming too. Check out some of his latest shots on the bike with a healthy dose of drone footage on the best gravel roads of the region.
