Ever wonder how Strava started? Tyler interviewed co-founder Mark Gainey to get the inside story on their launch and growth into a global athletic social media platform. We also talked to Dirty Kanza 200 women’s pro winner Alison Tetrick and got a look at her bike.

For bikes, there’s plenty of new stuff to see from KTM, Salsa, All City, Raleigh, and a wild adjustable carbon aero stem. We reviewed the new Cannondale Jekyll, which proves it’s just as adept at climbing as it is racing down the enduro trails.

In industry news, Interbike has finally taken the hint and moved out of Sin City. For 2018, the largest North American bicycle tradeshow will set up base in Reno for the indoor show, and have it’s outdoor demo at Tahoe’s Northstar resort…which should have some killer mountain bike trails ready for us. Thankfully, CrossVegas is going with it.
