POC continues to grow their line of road, mountain bike, and commuter gear – from helmets, to glasses, to protective gear and more. For this Spring, they’ve announced a new expanded line that received two Design & Innovation 2019 awards. We’ll cover the highlights and features of these of road and MTB, with updated colors, fit, and style.

POC 2019 road collection

POC likes to stay current with their gear, and 2019 is no exception. Headlining the new collection is their new Omne Air SPIN helmet, primarily intended for road and gravel cycling. It features POC’s patent-pending silicone pad technology system (SPIN), and an “aero-influenced” design. No weight spec is available as of yet.

The Omne Air SPIN sells for $150, is made in seven colors, and is available now.

Other road highlights include new options in the AVIP collection (Attention, Visibility, Interaction, and Protection) ceramic shorts and jerseys, and the Essential jersey collection.

POC 2019 MTB collection

The Resistance WO collection won one of the Design & Innovation 2019 awards, which includes women’s shorts and jerseys developed for heat management, dirt/water resistance, and flexibility. Some pieces include protective elements such as Cordura, Kevlar, and reinforced zones.

The VPD System Torso is another recipient of a Design & Innovation 2019 award, with ventilated chest and back protection for enduro riding. How does it work?

“The unique design and materials used ensure that the Torso system is minimalistic and will not interfere with riding in any conditions especially as body heat molds the protection to the rider’s body shape. However, when required during a fall it will offer incredible levels of protection and harden on impact thanks to the 3D molded VPD materials, which are levels 1 certified. New VPD system lite knee and elbow protectors, which offer similar levels of protection and comfort complete an incredibly versatile protection package for modern mountain bike riders.”

The VPD System torso sells for $240, while the chest-only version will run you $100. Check out these and more POC goodies at the link below.
