Check this out..The IV-1 (Innervision 1) from Matt Clark Designs is a bike that’s got a totally recyclable frame and is light.  Not only would it be made of recycled materials, but you could recycle it in the event that you wrecked it.

BikeCommuter.com has a full post about the bike with more pics and video, and they said it rode well and was very lightweight.  In the close-ups, it looks like a milk jug.  The frame is made of two pieces, an inner skeleton for rigidity, and the outer shell for appearances and to hold it all together.  Wired Magazine‘s blog entry about this made a good point:  Forget about locking it up…you could hack through this in no time.
