Want to train like Kabush, Arnold, Grant or Spencer? Now you can, thanks to Stages Cycling and their Link training system. When the Stages Dash cycling computer debuted, it was designed as a training tool more than a fancy GPS device. The screen and buttons are aimed at making it easy to see what your workout is and how you’re doing in it. The Link service provided workouts that could be taken to the trainer or out on the road. Now, those workouts include actual training plans from four of their professional athletes.

Look for new plans from:

  • Yeti-Maxxis Pro rider Geoff Kabush’s Endurance Workout for MTB and Gravel
  • Meteor//Intelligenstia rider Kristen Arnold’s Race-Winning Intervals
  • Stan’s – Pivot Pro Team rider Rose Grant’s Cactus Cup Crusher
  • Kona Endurance Adventure Racer Spencer Paxson’s MTB Medley

While the Dash is optimized for such things, their Link training plans will work with any device capable of displaying .FIT files and include prompts to help keep you on track. We’d say enjoy, but, you know, those pros train hard…
